I have a fogger v4 that's killing me... Built it a bunch of times, got it to fire once and then it died....

Both coils are good... It's getting them on their together is what is killing me...

Here is where I stand now... I have two built coils, if I mount them separately, each fire a nice red color, and are good to go (done a variety of different resistances). My normal procedure is to wrap wire on a drill bit, push em together for a bit, then mount em to the deck to make sure they fire, and depending up what resistance I want, I will use ceramic tweezers to push the coils together while still warm... It's easier to me than torching em... However, seems like no matter what my resistance on the coils, when they are mounted together, nada, separately then are fine.... Facepalm...

I've gone slow to make sure I'm not wrapping the wire from the 2nd coil, overtop the first, but I don't see why that would a big deal... The one time I got both to fire, I hadn't tightened the screws down as much as I normally would to move the coils.. Usually, after I have the coils on the deck. I'll make sure its snug, then use a small screwdriver to pull the coil off the deck, over the air hole, etc...

ive make sure the wires and the coil(s) aren't touching the deck, and the wire is on the screw posts, not the shaft...

Anyone know what I can check.... Bueller Bueller....

I would build both coils on the same wire with about a 1/2" between them. From there I'll anchor one of the free sides to one post, cross-wrap the other lead (that connects the coils together) around the second post, tighten the second post, then loosen the first one to attach the other free lead.

That worked, one coil wasn't quite as nice as the other, but the first time it worked...
