I like the Aspire Atlantis tank. Got a five pack of replacement coils on Amazon yesterday for $11.86. If you get them at a shop usually four or five bucks per coil.
Love the tank also and waiting on the newest aspire tank to hopefully be released this month .02 they say. I can't really say anything negative except you may forget about the subtank mini.

I'm not so sure about the v2 from what I heard you cant change its drip tip and I don't like wide bore.

Vs the Subtank the Atlantis is just more airflow, slightly higher vapor production, but loses to the Subtanks in flavor. If you feel you want to graduate to a higher performing tank I'd suggest an Arctic or a Freemax Starre. They're very similar in airflow and vapor production but the Starre holds almost double the liquid and both heads taste excellent whereas the Arctic's 0.2 ohm heads have very poor flavor vs the competition. (too much heat in a small package I think) The 0.5 ohm heads have excellent flavor though. You can get Arctic clones from fasttech for super cheap if you don't have to have it right now.

For ease of availability (and cheaper heads as you mentioned) you can't go wrong with the Arctic. It's getting a ton of hype so every shop is carrying it and it's a solid tank. It completely annihilates the the Atlantis, Subtank, and Delta II in vapor production, but falls slightly short of the Starre. If you can get your hands on one as they're far harder to find, I'd go Starre all the way. It and my Subtank go with me out of town while the Arctic stays at home on the wife's Sigelei since she vapes far less and doesn't mind the small capacity. The Atlantis collects dust in a drawer somewhere.

The V2 Atlantis looks like Aspire's kneejerk reaction to copy the Arctic. Kanger beat them on flavor and Horizon/Freemax beat them on airflow. They look pretty bad in the current climate so they need to get the V2 out ASAP. With all the tanks I have I most likely won't touch it though. I don't need to keep track of even more heads. At least the worst tanks out now are FAR ahead of anything available a year ago.

Arctic looks cool but only 2.5ml tank?

I simply love the Delta 2. Its all I've wanted in a tank, and more. It's the closest to rda flavor and vapor I have stumbled across yet. They also have a rebuildable section available (sold separately) which I would highly recommend getting (if you're into rebuilding). Love the adjustable airflow, and being able to keep the juice in the tank while adjusting your coil/changing coil heads is a definite plus, as well.

Yeah, it's freaking annoying. Surprises me that Aspire changes the Atlantis to chase the Arctic but keep it's horrible 2.5ml capacity. Give it a month and Aspire will release the 5ml extension tank for the Atlantis 2. Save the coin and headache and just grab a Starre.

Another note: for some stupid reason the Arctic DOES NOT come with a tank replacement glass. In today's tanks this is almost unforgiveable. Just today my coworker broke the glass on his Starre I got him. Thankfully he had the spare in his vape kit he brought out of town. Every tank since the Subtanks launched I've bought come with a spare except the Arctic.

I'm kind of tempted just to grab the subtank plus but eh 30mm

Every tank mentioned here give access to the heads when the tank is full. The Delta II is a solid 1st gen sub ohm tank. I just dislike it's size and how hard it is to see your juice level without good lighting. Airflow on par with the Atlantis, flavor in par with the Subtank. Interested to see where Joyetech takes the next iteration. The Subtank Mini and Plus have the RBA section included. Joye really should have included it with the Delta.

I've had mine for 3 weeks. Love it. The only con I've experienced so far is if you push it to 70+ watts a lot you're only going to have a week of good flavor. I got spare heads so I've been swapping them at 1 week anyways... I'll probably run this one at 40 watts all week and see how she holds up. I chain vape a lot at real low nic levels though so my mileage doesn't necessarily give a good idea of longevity. I kill Subtank heads in a week as well.

Eciggity has them for 33 bucks too. Wish I'd waited cause I spent 45 for mine. Got my spare heads through them though.

Just a note if you snatch one up: like many factory coils the heads have a break in but thankfully it's short. Flavor is going to be OMG horrible for 10 minutes but bear through it and you'll forget all about it until you replace the head again. Start around 15 watts and blow through about a ml of juice and it will be vapeable. I will just blow in the tip as I fire the head to minimize having to vape that crap. I've already disassembled a head and thankfully there's none of that shady silica/ceramic stuff that's in the Delta and Atlantis. Straight organic cotton like the Subtank and Arctic in there.

I just changed the tip on my aspire tank to a much smaller bore. If I could figure out how to post a picture of it here I would. image.jpg

I'm currently using the lemo 2 and I must say I have been loving in non stop for about a week. You have to male your coils but thats very easy to do. You can sub ohm if that's specifically what you're looking for. Easy to fill as you don't have to take the tank apart to do so.
