Would you mind taking a pic to show how much you filed down? I have a jewerly file and you may have just convinced me

Maybe I can post a picture Later today.

But I can tell you that I made the Slots about 50% Wider and about 50% Deeper than how it came.

much appriciated! Did you use a flat file or a curved one?

I used the Edge of a flat file.

Be sure to take the RBA section completely apart before you start Filing. It is Easy for the File to make contact to Center threaded section of the RBA that screws into the Airflow Base.
 
If you don't want to file your juice wells down, I use the pancake wicking method for my STM, with 20/80 PG/VG, and have yet to get a dry hit. I love my RBAs for the fact that I can now use my thicker juices in them. My preferred tanks are the delta 2, lemo drop, and STM, but I still use my old lemo every now and then
