Hard to push manual battery

Hello all! Been vaping for about a month now. Been lurking and enjoying reading all your posts. Started out by purchasing the manual ultimate ultimatum kit. One of my batteries requires a lot of pressure to activate. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thank you much!

I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it, somelse might have a suggestion, Snow maybe.
Your best bet may be to contact customer service. They are always helpful and I'm sure they will replace it for you.
BTW my hubby is a big eagles fan too, I was too but...... that for another post. Lol

i would go online and open a ticket for replacement but thats just me ,doesnt seem like it should malfunction .

I have both black and the gold button ones. My gold button ones are easier to push than the black ones...Why is that Adama?

I have no idea why I only have 1 black button and I don't like that it makes you wait after a draw to hit it again so it's my back-up...
As my man Mor said maybe try and massaging the button

LOL, I have this mental image of a darkened room, ambient music in the background, an oil burner or incense wafting, piles of snuggly towels neatly rolled.
M'Dir sitting at a massage table with his battery, and a bottle of massage oil (or wait, is that juice?) whispering sweet nothings to it about chakras, energy flow etc.

Yeah I have tried massaging the button. Maybe it will break in a bit. It just a little frustrating. As soon as I let off just a tad it will no longer hit. Maybe I need to hit the gym. lol.
