dumb question but is your airhole lined up with the coil? if not line it up and see if it helps. Also, specific to the IGO-L make sure your coil is sitting level with the airhole. If the airhole is below the coil then you will get a harsh throat hit no matter the ohm of your coil (and little vapor).

This, how did i forgot, check that airhole. Btw i have on my desk right now 18mg ecto cooler 2 extra flavor shots 50/50 from mtbaker at around 9w is one of the strongest flavors.

sounds like you're serious, so sorry for the snarky comment earlier, and...

based on my experience and what i've heard from others, most of the 'tart' fruit flavors (lemon, lime, berry, some grapes and watermelons, etc.) tend to be better at lower power, and you're pushing 20+ watts with your current setup. for these types of flavors, i'd shoot for at least somewhere around 1.5 ohms. a lot of people (including myself) find that sub-ohm coils work much better with flavors that don't have an overwhelming fruit flavor (tobaccos, cookies, cake, etc.).

Seems like the airhole is below coil.. I just dont wanna push the coil down in case it heats that rubber/plastic seal on the post

Haha its all good! I was considering just going back to using my vv vw setups. These things take time n skill, it was getting frustrating as heck.. any dessert flavors youd recommend?

forgot to mention.. i am using cotton wicks would that have anything to do with the harsh throat hit also?... btw thanks for taking your time to reply to my thread guys makes the vaping experience that much more enjoyable

You are probably burning your wick. I would suggest you start off with making at lowest a 1.5 ohm coil if not one with more resistance. Do you know how many amps your drawing with a .7 coil? What is the safe amp draw on of your battery? Did you test for shorts? These are things you should know before you RBA.
Just copying a guy on youtube with out educating your self is asking for trouble. RBAs will produce great vapor and flavor but first put in your time to learn what you are doing.
Good luck have fun and enjoy but please do it safely

i've really been digging lemon coconut cookie by pink spot recently on a 0.6 ohm gennie and a 0.8 ohm rda. i know i just said avoid the lemon with sub-ohm, but in this particular juice doesn't really have much of the lemon/citrus kick - just a hint of the sweetness in the aftertaste.

another good one is tiramisu (think it's highbrow vapor's version, but not quite sure). it tastes like a good tiramisu, and i'm really liking it with the same two set-ups.

Tiramisu will definitely give that a try
