Has anyone bought from this web site? I says it's the official e-cig web site.

Their website says it will be shipped from the US if in stock here if it isn't then it will ship from China they are located in Las Vegas. That kind of makes them in the US doen't it or is there some way they can sell this stuff if they ship it directly from China to your door? I would think there would be some kind of law about importing drugs unless what they are claiming is in the juice isn't then some kind of fraud thing going on or they could sell it saying it is the flavor of ______ not the actual drug?

Crap, it's places like this that give the E-Cig Industry a bad Rep, and also give the FDA more of a reason to screw us.

My advice? Avoid places like this. :2c:

EDIT: Someone already posted what I said, then someone said the FDA has no regulation over what these CHINESE companies do or sell -

BUT - They (the FDA) still mention sites like this every chance they get, we've all heard it - ...... Juice - just because they have no jurisdiction doesn't mean they can't use their (this sites) actions to screw us.

EDIT#2: Anyone remember the warning letter's the FDA sent to the select 5 vendors? Straight from the FDA.Gov website itself, E-Cig Technology has been warned for selling E-...... juice, wonder where they got the idea? The FDA has no say-so over in China, but here they Rule Supreme (Sarcasm)

" ‘E-...... produces vaporable ......, an ED medication which is currently marketed in pill form and is more effective and longer lasting than .......’”

Considering the little shops manage to stay open in Chinatowns across the country that sell all kinds of herbals for all sorts of things, I would think all they have to do is say it is a herbal remedy to skirt the FDA. And look at things like Extenze....no proof that it works, either, but they seem to operate with impunity.

oooh, thats a good catch I never considered. Drop shipping orders would allow any new US company to sell whatever they like. Still seems pretty foolish, but creative.

They're one of the ones that got a warning letter from the FDA a few days ago.
E-Cig Technology Inc.

That letter is pretty serious. It sounds like they have moved past thinking about banning, and are actively researching and laying down the frame work for a national ban classifying e-cigs as a drug device vs tobacco. It's always the 1% of idiots in the world that ruin it for the 99% of people who can think straight and use logic.

I guess I better stock up now.
