Has anyone else gained weight after quitting analogs?

My father wanted a boy, so when he had another girl (me) he got me into Tball, then softball, then fought to get me on the boys fast pitch baseball team.... He would give me b12 shots. Now my doctor says since my body became accustomed to the extra vitamin b I need to take sublingual b12. I don't know how much truth there is to my doctors theory. It does stop the dizzy spells and lethargy.

I've put on 15lbs in the mere 3 months since I quit analogs and started vaping. I'm so frustrated since I already had about 25lbs to lose and now it's more like 40! I know I haven't been as active as I should be and that my metabolism is slowing down with age, but being this heavy is making me depressed which makes me want to eat and not to much of anything....it's a seriously vicious cycle. But I know something has got to give so it's time for me to get up and workout and change my diet asap.

Oh. My. God.

Please tell me that the weight gain people are experiencing is from food cravings and eating more and not some weird, uncontrollable hormonal/metabolic mess. I've spent the last 6 months busting my booty to lose 50 pounds and I CANNOT go back! Not eating more I can control. The idea of putting weight back on without a change in my diet makes me want to jump off a bridge!

I know that PG is classified as a carbohydrate, but I'd hope that the minute amounts wouldn't make that much difference even if it does get metabolized as if it were consumed like foods? If I took the amount of juice I go through and replaced it with even straight table sugar, I don't see how it would amount to enough to cause a weight gain :( There's got to be something else at work here. Wish there was a human study somewhere to be found....the only information I've been able to locate were animal studies-one took several species and pumped copious amounts of PG into enclosed areas and only the rats gained weight over time, other species did not-and the amounts of PG vapor were supposedly much larger than what we'd use vaping.

Well, it's interesting to see all the ideas presented here. Maybe if we up our Vit D3 and B12 it will combat some of these weight issues, along with exercise of course. I won't use any metabolism booster as it speeds up the heart and so does nic. That might cause some issues. Caffeine may be a diuretic but doesn't seem to work that way for me. Possibly due to the fact I have consumed coffee since I was a young child and my mother made some super strong brew.
As far as calories go, typically I never consume the recomended amout of 2000 for a woman and it's still a problem.
What is thyroid support supplements? That I might actually need that due to a history of hypothyroidism which hasn't been checked in a long time. I try to stay away from the docs, lol.

Well I started my transitions diet after going on vacation and barely being able to walk. And seeing pictures of myself and being disgusted! Finished my detox week lost 8lbs 60 lbs to go! Sigh I can do it I can do it. I can already feel the difference. Can actually bend over to put my socks on. Once the first six weeks are up I'll post before and after pics!

The best thing to do is ask him about that. I use his products also and know I am still missing something I need to complete the vaping experience.
Many others resort to snus and other things to get the tobacco alkaloids that are not in nic juice. The best I can understand is that this process is different than the standard process of getting nic from the leaves. I do know I am going to try this product as it offers something extra to those of us that are missing something in our vaping.
