worst for me was I tried to give up vaping recently and put on 25 lbs (that's on the low side). I went back to vaping and started working out. managed to take some of it off and slowed my eating down. my job is ultra boring and if I don't vape, I eat. I am up to 150 situps a day now (I slack on my days off I'll admit) and I have a dumbell in my van to work out with.

I've always been skinny. it used to bug me. not anymore. now I am fighting hard to be skinny again haha

Pipeous,
I actually followed your thread on that venture and you made a really good try. I didn't realize you had gained that much that quickly but it's amazing what a lack of nic can do to one. I saw you also found what was causing some issues for you in vaping. I know for me the higher the pg the better I feel overall but some of my fav juices are 50/50 so I will be stopping those. I am very close to my one year mark for quitting analogs and still am wanting the suckers! I think this is increasing my eatiing, I am either vaping or eating it seems and that is just BAD! My work requires constant hands on on a computer and that is not healthy either. With this cooler weather, well maybe anyway, I hope to spend more time getting outside and walking or something.
Good luck on losing that -little bit- you gained! :)

i find it difficult to believe that there is anyting about vaping itself that could cause weight gain. i would think that it simply has to do will cigarettes ability to speed up your metabolism and once you stop smoking, your metabolism slows back down (to normal) and thus if you make no other lifestyle or diet changes you might begin to gain weight.

i have been vaping for about 2.5 months, and i have gained a bit of weight, but i don't attribute it to vaping, i attribute it to not eating like i should, not enough activity, and eating more because food tastes better now!

i am begining to count my calories again, so it will be interesting to see how this goes. this is the first time in my life i have tried to loose weight and did not have cigarettes around. i am looking forward to it. weight loss + vaping = much healthier life.
