Has anyone else lost weight since they started using e-cigs?

it would seem to me that weight loss would definately happen as a result of vaping, since nicotine is an appetite suppressant, and it appears as if most people switching to vaping increase their nicotine dosage. i hope i loose weight with vaping, don't know yet, my kit should be here today or tomorrow, so i will know soon enough

I'm losing weight. Vaping is like a snack to me, so I'm not doing the grazing like I used to. Also, after a month of no analogs/poisons, I feel better and have much more energy and therefore burning more calories. Interestingly, during my first week of vaping, my stomach felt like it was empty and of need of food all the time......I'm glad that feeling went away!

Yeah. You kind of hit the nail right on the head. That's exactly how I feel. :blink::vapor:
I didn't know nicotine is an appetite suppressant. That would make perfect sense.
