Update. I ordered an Aspire Zelos from them. Extremely fast shipping, good packing. However, display screen was dead.
I received it on Saturday and immediately emailed them. First thing today they responded. I called them. A very nice and well versed woman took the call.
Long story short, defective one is on the way back and new one enroute.
I had never ordered from them before, but heard online their customer service was good. I agree with that.
They stepped up, and because of this I will order again.

Makes me remember when i emailed twelve monkey about their ejuice and they emailed me back in the same day with more than enough infos about what i inquired.

Did the same today,i recently won some ejuice in a giveaway (origins line by moshi) but the postal code was wrong lol got an answer in less than 5 mins and my package was shipped the same day. That's what i call dedicated people imo :p

The suppliers can't control the manufacturer defects. Their customer support is what keeps me as a customer.
Amen to that. Fast shipping and good customer service are what keep me going back to Mt. Baker. No kidding: I ordered some new coils for my Evod 2 juice testing tanks Friday at 2:00 pm CDT. Package is out for delivery right now.

From sunny Mesa, AZ to sunny Gulf Shores, AL in 72 hours. USPS gets part of the credit, but somebody at the originating end had to hustle to get it in the system.

They just contacted me again. A free bottle of any Ruthless E Juice in their inventory and they are refunding my shipping charges for sending the defective device back. I think I'm going to do some more shopping with them. This is an example of a supplier that stands behind their name. Good on them.
