Has anyone found that vaping has stained their teeth?

Okay, one of the reasons I was glad I quit smoking was so I would not continue to stain my teeth. I had started to see a bit of staining on my teeth from smoking and definitely did not want that to continue. Well a few days ago I noticed some brown staining on my teeth, way worse than I had developed from smoking. I have only been vaping for a few months. My favorite juice is a kind of darker brown color and I wondered if this is what is staining my teeth. I brushed my teeth thoroughly with peroxide and that helped get rid of most of it, but there is still a bit visible. Nothing I eat or drink has changed that would have caused this, the only thing that has changed in the past couple of months that I can think that might have caused it is vaping. I am going to continue to brush with peroxide a couple times a week to hopefully alleviate this staining but I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

My teeth got pretty stained up over my many years smoking so I've not noticed anything but an improvement with vaping, for what it's worth it has been a solid six months since I've completely quit smoking. I'm also a heavy coffee drinker and that has probably contributed more to me not noticing any real change.

No, actually my sister even noted that my teeth seems whiter than usual. Thirty years of smoking and chugging Java did a real number on my pearly "whites" (more like ecru :p).

I have been using whitening toothpaste for years, I think it just kept the worst of the stains at bay (along with dentist visits). Now that I am no longer smoking, I think it's starting to work.

No stains here but my dentist hated the stains I used to get from smoking.

Try blowing your vapor through a white tissue and see if it makes a stain on the tissue. I haven't encountered a juice yet that does.

I was just going to suggest the tissue. :)

Tea will stain your teeth faster than coffee. I think Peroxide can actually weaken the enamel. May have to look that up again  Baking soda is a good cleanser. It will scrub off stains without weakening the enamel.

What drinks do you use daily?

When I smoked I would hold the cig with my lips (some times with the .... against my teeth) and drag. I noticed dark spots developing in those spots.

When I vape, i put the drip tip all the way past my teeth and havent noticed and staining since.

I dont know how you take a drag, but maybe a change like this could help (if thats how you are doing it)

Good Luck!!
