i have not had one with a visable crack, but it did just start to leak behind the metal part so i assume it was a crack.

I think the question is referencing certain juices that react with polycarbonate (the plastic many clearos are made from) causing a spiderweb effect and and eventually disintegrating the plastic. I'm pretty sure that would be visible in the evod window. Some clearos are made from polypropylene which reportedly doesn't react this way.

To answer with my experience - I haven't had any tank crackle so I don't have clear info on the topic. I do know sometimes the first symptoms is just clouding of the plastic. I had one juice I used with evod and some rebuildables with no ill effect. When I put that juice in a cheap non-rebuildable it clouded the plastic. Even that may not have been the cracking issue since it started as the juice turning white seemingly bleeding out of the wick then the clouding of the plastic.

So, I'd like to hear the same to get an idea of what happened with me. Has anyone had an evod crack?

ETA - I see the previous 2 responses but still....

I don't have any pictures of EVODs on my blog, but you might find the others interesting.

I've never had anything crack exactly, but I have had melting, discoloration and leaking from around the seams. The weirdest thing is some of the little clearos I use are just empty sometimes, for no discernible reason. They don't appears to be leaking, the juice is just gone. It has to be seeping, but it must be very slowly. It almost looks like the liquid evaporated.

EEEKKK! What happened to my tank?

I've been told it can happen with my Juicy Peach flavor,,,,,,,but I've had an EVOD of the stuff sitting here for 3 months (I don't care for the EVOD) and no cracking so far,,,,

There can be a lot of factors: that particular vendor's recipe, extra flavor shots, because you filled it on a Tuesday...not all flavors that have cracked tanks will crack every tank, although cinnamon, cola, root beer and banana seem pretty universal.

And there was a disclaimer about the pictures...look away! Look away!

Had evod crack near window had mt3 crack near window also, surprisingly t3 non metal ones I've had no cracks in but I'm sure just matter if time. The worst was vapeonly basically treading fell off not sure if was juice or not. And many ce4 cracked.

In short best u e gotten outta these is the regular t3 or t3s as they basically the same not sure why the metal ones with windows seemed to fail earlier.
If u want safe bet I'd get protank or protank mini or davide or davide mini or something similar wirk Pyrex glass.
