Has anyone heard of prime vapor?

I just bought a starter kit from primevapor.com and I'm having troubles contacting them with issues I'm having with my batteries. Has anyone had the same experience with them?

I'm not familar with your supplier but the website says it's a KR808D style.
If you check out the model specific section here: KR808D-1 there may be an answer to your battery problem.

I don't use the KR808D myself, but it has some good reviews here. You can check out
the suppliers on the front page of ECF for reliable, fire-tested suppliers with good
customer service.
