Has anyone here got a bad batch of Boba's before?

I think I probably got an old bottle. I was reading some posts on here and people say the longer they have it the more bland it becomes. Also the labeling on the bottles was faded pretty badly. Bummer. We'll see if I can get a new bottle or something.

I sent a help ticket and he was very helpful. I tried steeping a little bottle for a few days and I'm getting a pretty good flavor from it now. I guess it all depends on a lot of things but I love the taste of Bobas and will go ahead and keep this bottle. Next time I order it I will try a flavor bump.
