Wow , it must been a very very long time since I longed in last time ; Anyway , I'm happy e-cig forum had had adapted the whole new UI and design everything .

I stop buying new gear (cartomizer , battery etc) from ebay since last year when they banned e-cig online transaction ,might have something to do with the US congress's proposal something ,but forced to find new gear from local market ,sadly there aren't much new exciting stuff I can find .Not to recently I occasionally log in my eBay account and find there's new e-cig cartomizer pop-up on my main page ,then I double checked and confirm there's new e-cig dealer and new stuff re-introduced onto eBay .haha

Anyway , I will continue to try more new stuff .

Ebay still doesn't allow ecigs or anything ecig related. Ebay plays a cat and mouse game with sellers.
When someone hits the "report an item" button, the sellers item gets pulled and they get an a warning that they have broken the ecig policy. Second warning equals banned for life. After the fist warning ebay watches the seller, ready to pounce. So if you list something cheaper than a competitor, the competitor can report it to eliminate you.
Bunch of nonsense, so usually your don't find good deals on ebay.

Totally agree, its all gone to far, I mean, tanks are getting pulled under the tobacco sales act, its metal and glass, not tobacco, very silly.. It's a shame because there are some good bulk auctions on ebay sometimes and some nice gear to pick up.. The whole ebay site isn't what it used to be though, I mean they even take a percentage of your postage now, you get charged for listing, charged for extra pics, charged 10% of the final sale including postage and then paypal come along and take their cut. Greedy greedy companies.
