Has anyone noticed that you can't whistle while exhaling vapor

I tried it and couldn't whistle. But then I realized that I can't whistle anyway.

This! especially with thick vapor Ever tried a full load with a hookah (real one) and tried to talk? Man that's impossible ^^

And ONT: I could whistle just fine, but i'm using my high PG juice atm so it's not that much of vapor atm..

I did notice that, had to take numerous vapes to verify the whistling returns when the vapor is almost exhaled. I am going to practice this tonight, see if I can do it.
