I have an order i placed on 11/10 and since 11/15 it's had a status of "approved for shipment - Hong Kong" today is 11/20, still in hk.

I've heard of people getting stuff in 2 weeks, but 4-6 weeks is more the norm.
If you want the lowest price and free shipping they are good. If you need supplies quickly, go somewhere else and pay a little more.

Also, batteries sometimes get rejected in hong kong as dangerous materials and they will refund your money, so a shipment without batteries has a better chance of getting through.

I have had no issues with the equipment ordered from FT - Vamo's, MVP, multiple ego kits, batteries, chargers, evods, protanks, RDA's, toys, knives - don't order e-liquid anymore due to DIY -

shipping is normally 2-3 weeks with most of the delay after being shipped happening in the US ( last three orders typically go from LA to Miami, up to Chicago, over to Denver then to Minneapolis, and then by horseback to western South Dakota, and then misdelivered to my neighbor - I love the USPS - and we wonder why the USPS is going broke - for a test I mailed a letter to my neighbor - 4 days and routed through Denver and Minneapolis)

FT has become the main source for a LOT of people.
If you have the ability to plan ahead, you can save an extreme amount of money. Most of the clones are very high quality items and very reasonably priced in most cases. You do need to check around though, sometimes you can find items within the US for not much more.
Pay attention to the reviews and comments on the items. I have yet to get a bad product from them. They are very good at replacing defective items based on what I have read from others. It does happen from time to time.
right now, they are suffering a lot of shipping turmoil though. don't attempt to order anything that is or contains a battery unless you select the expensive shipping options that allow hazardous materials. it will get rejected by HK Post and returned to sender. They will issue refunds, but it is time consuming and frustrating so best to avoid batteries with the free shipping option.
US shipments take as little as 9 days but can be as long as 2 months, it all depends on what sort of mood Hong Kong post is in and if the items are in stock or not. The product descriptions tell you if it ships next day or otherwise... so plan accordingly. If you aren't willing to be VERY patient, you may wish to reconsider... especially if there are items you actually need soon.

South Dakota is now a state? First I knew about it.
