Has anyone ordered from Halo recently?

I ordered a Triton tank system and two bottles of E-juice in the wee hours of Saturday morning. Around 7am I got an email saying my order shipped out, along with a tracking number. I still haven't gotten anything and the tracking number only displays "electronic shipping info received since Saturday. I called halo and they did tell me that my package left their facility on Saturday. If nothing arrives tomorrow, should I call the USPS or am I just being paranoid? I picked the free priority shipping option.

I'd say relax. The USPS notifications really aren't always accurate, nor always updated. Many times, they run a pretty tight schedule, so they'll put it on a plane the day before it's due or something. Especially if you live in a larger area where a lot of mail going. It's hard to be patient, I know, but it'll get there.

I ordered some E-juice from Halo on Friday afternoon - received it in Mondays mail. Regular USPS shipping.

There are major issues with USPStracking out of Pompton Plains at the moment (lots of other threads on this!). Halo ships very quickly, so it should arrive soon

Halo can be hit or miss with me and I'm in the same small state as them. My last juice order took 10 days to arrive (first class mail), if you want stuff quicker from them maybe use USPS Priority mail.

Halo is in New Jersey so I would give it another day or two. Weather could be an issue.

I'd definitely attribute any delays to weather right now. My boyfriend orders from them all the time, never an issue.

I know it's hard to wait. But New Jersey and a lot of places are covered with snow and ice. That means flight cancellations, hard travel, etc. Mail is often flown from one state to another. If weather is bad and flights are cancelled, that means usps flights also. I sure it will get to you sometime this week. Good luck & VAPE ON

Also when it says shipped sometimes it just means it is packed and ready and waiting on the postal system to pick it up. They put it in their computer on your order as shipped, meaning they have done their part

You might also keep in mind that USPS seems to have a different measure of time from the rest of mankind. 2 days USPS time is in fact 4 of the rest of the worlds days time.

USPS has been seriously come down in quality of their service and data update this year. Some of it has to do with the bad whether, but think more has to do with their downsizing and lay offs. Used to get daily updates on their tracking info, now it can take three days to see any movement on the web site. I had an order recently that was going toward Washington DC instead of Washington State, emailed them about my concerns, through their contact us web site, and received my package 2 days later.

Vape Mail delays? this is a clear situation of yes don't blame the Vendor, kill the messenger. Neither Sun, Snow, Sleet or Hail, will stop the Vape man from rating a fail!!

I have some good and bad news.

The tracking magically updated last night. That's the good news.

The bad news is that the update was in a sorting facility Bell Gardens, CA, which is considered the Bermuda Triangle of USPS due to the fact that packages get lost/shipped out a month later/sent to the wrong state. I was expecting the tracking to show an arrival at my local post office this morning, but nothing showed up.

USPS works on a different schedule in regards to business packages.

Basically you ordered on Saturday so USPS probably didn't pick it up until Monday afternoon. It will be 2-3 business days before delivery after that, so expect it to be delivered either today or tomorrow.

And don't expect to see the tracking show your local post office. I haven't seen that in my last 3 USPS orders. I got the local distribution center and then delivery.

I order a sampler pack from Halo a couple weeks ago. The Tracker never worked, but product arrived within the week.

Update: The tracking updated all at once, and I recieved my order from Halo today. Very pleased with it, well worth the wait.
