Well, mine came today. USPS never updated the tracking system. Showed the electronic shipping notification up until it was delivered. Now on to try the Menthol X!
HELLO ALL They seem to have a Pending Fulfillment now for a few days on my last order . Have not yet been changed to electronic shipping notice so far 3 days since ordered , I am aware of USPS problems ,but this is first time I have been stuck in Pending Fulfillment mode.
ask them what's up? they have ran out of a certain battery size in the past and orders that included that battery were delayed, but I'm pretty sure they let everyone know

I ordered early thursday morning, didn't even get the email for my tracking number until friday evening. Usps was stuck on shipping info received until 3 hours after I already got it in the mail on saturday >.>

OH yeah the pending thing on halo's site is because of some error with their system. I called halo on friday morning about it and they said it's just an issue with there system but it won't delay the shipping of the item at all. She had to manually send me the shipping email.
I wish there was a way to change the title of this thread. Halo doesn't have a shipping problem.

I am having the same problem. 4th day since my order placement and still shows pending with no shipment notification. Hopefully it all just shows up in the next day or two. They have always been so good about same or next day shipping. (And I'm almost out)
I received my order today, just as I usually would have, five days after ordering on a Saturday. Obviously there is something wrong with the website as it still shows as pending and I never did receive a shipping confirmation. Whew. 120ml of Tribeca back on the shelf along with some Longhorn and my first sample of Malibu. I'm set for another month.
