I recently came across these IMist Replacement Wicks. They look to be pretty much the same thing as the ego-c wicks (but I've never used an Imist so don't know if they're bigger or smaller....)

Has anyone tried using these as replacement wicks?
I re-wick mine once the factory wicks have been cleaned a few times, but they're never quite as good as the factory wicks...

And come to think of it, joyetech could make a killing if they would sell wicks in say packs of 10 or 25. I know would stockpile those things like nobodies business because that would sure make my life easier than the time I spend cleaning and rewicking...

Found them hiding in the mail this evening. These appear to be the same as ego-c wicks. They're a little longer but they do seem to be the same. A little bit long and need a little trimming, but look to be the same...) working great in my enroll :)

Could you perhaps make a tutorial for dummies? :p

Here's a new atty with the top off. When you remove an old wick, twist in a new one starting at the top allowing the wick to drop out of the bottom. The wick appears to be twice as long as the thickness of the base. Use a nail clipper and cut accordingly. As for the coil, I boil them in the microwave for approximately 3 minutes. Scrape the gunk off with tooth brush after and boil once more.

Thanks Cloudcity for the great find. Maybe they will be available in the states soon.
