newburn...which modek inlife did you purchase...all is not lost.

i think they only have 2 models....the penstyle which is very similar to a 801

or the mini...which is very similar to a 901.

since you have the kit now...just order juice and maybe an extra atomizer...not from them but from a trusted supplier

good luck

the inlife penstyle atomizer is a bit taller than the standard 801 style atomizer and the carts are a bit longer too...the carts are loose and do leak if you lie it flat. 801 and be112 atomizers fit no problem

a friend at work got suckered into it...i helped him out with other suppliers and is now a happy vaperer :)

I just talked to one of these guys at Disneyland yesterday. I had never heard of InLife before, despite owning several eCigs of various types and feeling relatively knowledgeable on the whole thing. I saw him with what looked like an 801 and thought I'd go say hi, I had no idea he was an InLife guy :)

He really gave me the feeling that he had no idea what he was talking about, and insisted on how much better his mini model was than my 901. He even let me know that his batteries last 3 days on a full charge with heavy use, and gave me the whole cartridge = pack of cigs line. When I asked him if he sold liquid he had no idea what I was talking about. When I asked him if they offered USB passthroughs for their batts he had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain both to him and he let me know that both were a terrible idea. The BEST part was that he told me that he had never been a smoker! He just sits around disneyland, migrating between the smoking areas, puffing on his no nic carts to try and get people interested in his product. When I asked him if he would have an issue with a nonsmoker picking up an eCig he told me "Absolutely Not!" Unbelievable.

Anyways, if I were somewhere other than the happiest place on earth I might've tried to have a longer "discussion" with him, but I wanted to actually enjoy my day!

Question though: He kept telling me that his models were different from the 801's and 901's, but they looked exactly the same (the cartridge he pulled out of his 901 lookalike was even the brown/black cart) He insisted that they have an electrical engineer working on their atomizers blah blah blah and that they last 14 months :) While I don't really believe his crazy claims, are their models actually different from the 801s/901's? Just curious. Because seriously... Nearly 3x as much for the 901? Insanity!

InLife, like NJOY or SmokingEverywhere, is a decent product at a high cost. Generally, they sell the same style device you can get for nearly half the price. They are not bad, and, if they have a warranty on parts, may be a good thing for you. My first purchase was an NJOY NCIG (pen-style device) and have had an atomizer replaced under warranty. When the replacement atomizer failed to works properly, they sent me a replacement staqrter kit plus a free NROBO disposable e-cigar. Last week I put in for a replacement battery since the connector to one of my NJOY batteries detached from the metal tube. NJOY is sending me a white atomizer and white battery until the burgundy colored batteries are back in stock. The moral of the tale is to have spare parts on hand at all times and use the heck out of your warranty; you paid for it. Wow, did I get off course.

I just received an InLife Royale. It's the long, pen style one. I have had nothing but problems with it so far and cannot seem to get in touch with anyone to help me. At first, I couldn't get a drag off of it. No smoke, just a bunch of nicotine in my mouth. I was able to get a local supplier to replace the battery and that seemed to do the trick.

Now, after just 1 day of use, there is some weird problem. The battery is fully charged, yet when I take a drag, the led light blinks several times and does not produce any smoke, etc. It's like it's just not working at all.

I am very frustrated to say the least. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Also, I would be interested in getting some info on a reputable supplier who would have parts that fit this model. Are there parts out there that will work with this model other than from Revelle?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about all your problems. My only advice is I would go back and get a full refund. Then get an 801 (penstyle), 901, Dura-C or Kissbox manual or Screwdriver from some of the reputable suppliers on this forum. I got my first PV (personal vaporizer) from e-smokey-treats because Phil provides a 3 month warranty and a phone number.

Plus the vast majority of vapers do not use the pre-filled carts but buy liquid and refill the carts due to better flavor and less cost.

I appreciate your response. I have decided to order a 901 from Phil @ e-smokey-treats. Looked like a good deal and the reviews he received were pretty good. I wanted to switch to a smaller version than the penstyle, so we'll see how that works out. I also ordered some extra accessories, blank cartridges and e-liquid. Can't wait to receive my order!

Thanks again for your reply.
