I ordered from them on May 20th and still have not received my order. Is this normal?

My order came in today (PG). So far I've only tasted the cherry. I used a fresh, clean atty and I can't taste any cherry. There's just a barely there, unidentifiable undertone of some sort of flavor.
The flavors I haven't tried yet are grape, coffee, rum, pineapple and banana. I hope they're better than this one.

I ordered Cola, kiwi, watermelon, rum and 555, 36mg/plastic bottle. SO far I have tried the 555, really no flavor at all, the watermelon and the kiwi were great. I"ll probably get more of that.
The cola, that's a whole other story. That has to be the nastiest thing I have tasted in a long time. It had the whole burnt tire thing going on. I added 1ml of vg and a few drops of vanilla trying to salvage it and it just got worse. I still have the smell in my nose. I think I'm going to have to go take a shower just to get the smell of it away from me. Yes, it is that bad.
But, I won't let this stop me from trying other flavors from them. At least I got another bottle out of it,lol
I'm interested in the watermelon. Did you get PG, VG, or Non-PG (PEG)?
I tried lemon from another company and you are right. Pledge! lol Or maybe even Pine Sol. It was just not appealing to me at all!!!
I'm sorry, I thought I put in in my post. I got the 36mg PG and cut it in half with VG. It is really good and the hubby liked it too.
I sent a request for a refund last night, and got a reply this evening. It would seem that Jim is a bit of a night owl like I am. Anyhow, I told him of the problems I had with my flavors and that some of them I hadn't even tried because of the bad taste of the ones that I did, and said I'd like to return them for a refund. I also told him that I wanted to keep the non juice items (bottles etc) because I was happy with them.
He wrote back to me with an apology, and assured me that I'd receive a full refund on my juice and that he'd process it this evening. Hold on for a sec.
I'm back. I just checked my paypal and I've got the refund. It would seem that he's had a bit of a rocky start, but he's really trying to keep the customers happy the best that he can when theirs a problem. For that, I give him kudos. That's better than most of the sites out there.
I'll keep a eye on things, and when they settle down, I will definitely make another order and give him a second chance. I think he'd earned it.

I give up. The cherry was no good, and I just tried the rum. All it did was flood my atty. I wanted to make sure something else wasn't to blame so I filled the same cart with one of my liquids. It worked fine. Then cleaned and refilled with more of Nuvape's rum, and my attty flooded again.
I'm going to email them before I try any of the others.
I feel bad for Nuvape. They sure seem to have gotten inconsistent quality in this batch. It's a tough break.

That sucks to hear about the bad batches...They messed up my first order but issued me a refund for the bottle they forgot to send me..I've already made a second order b/c I like their PEG juice so much..I think the Coffee and 555 are awesome..
Ill update you when I get my new flavors..fingers crossed..
PS- they are very slow to respond to emails, but Jim really seems sorry for the delayed responses so Im giving him the benefit of the doubt since they are so new.

I recieved my order today and soo far have tried the vanilla and coak abd then mixed.. all high nic. Holy Vapor and throat hit and I can taste vanilla coke.. it taste like vanilla coke to me. I am absolutely in LOVE with JC vanilla ice cream and at 24 I didnt get much throat hit but with NuVapes Vanilla I got PLENTY of throat hit and its very very close to JC's! The lemon not so much throat hit but great flavor and tons of vapor... I ordered all high PG. I will definitely be back for more! I have a few others to try and will fill you in after cleaning atty's and changing flavors.. so far I will absolutely 100% be placing another order this weekend if funds allow!! LOL
I love their juice and cant be happier! they will be seeing me again!
I think Jim is being amazing.. and I have had not one single conversation with him.. i WISH I could return every bottle of juice I received from a vendor that I didnt like.. I would fill up on NuVape! But that is just me

Got PEG testers in 11 flavors. 2 were backordered. I was credited for those 2 bottles with absolutely NO trouble. Other flavors....

I emailed them 2 times to see if the order has shipped. I even sent in another order yesterday. It still shows that it's processing from Sat. Has anyone else had email trouble? Iam not bashing them, put in another order. Just curious.

back ordered. Anyway I do have quite a bit of stock 500 mil, so I can be patient. Just like to be kept informed from the people I buy from. Thanks.

Yes, they have been busy and trying to correct orders and get the juices out ASAP. The delayed emails is common but I got my second shipment in today and Jim is really apologetic about the situation. Im sure they weren't expecting such a huge response for their grand opening.
