Hello @eaglemaxwell, what are you looking for exactly? As that seems like a very expensive option, as Nicotine salts can be used with any vaping atomiser on the market.

Like the other poster said salt nicotine can be used anywhere regular nicotine can be used. The only difference between the two is salt nicotine is a little smoother (less throat hit) than regular nicotine is at higher mg/ml. I haven’t heard of the NRX so can’t comment on it but the fact I haven’t heard of it makes me think there are better options. Don’t listen to the marketing, being “made for salt nic” usually just means higher ohm coil & less airflow and those things can be achieved with virtually any device. Hopefully this was helpful and I encourage you to explore this forum as there is any information necessary to choose a great setup, don’t get overwhelmed, congrats on ditching the cigs, and best of luck to you.
@madstabber, a good setup may be the Innokin Kroma R Zlide Kit. As there's a good choice of coils for the Innokin Zlide tank, power output can be adjusted as well as airflow and you have the ability to chande the battery instead of chucking the mod.
