Yes, the charger is a well-recognized and recommended charger for vaping needs.

Those batteries however are protected Li-ion batteries. Product description doesn't give a chemistry, but does say application for:
"flashlights, lighting, or other device that needs 3.7V power, building portable power device needing high energy density and low weight."

With no additional information I would not feel safe using those batteries in my mod.

Nowadays, with safer alternatives like IMR and hybrid batteries available for mods, there is no reason to use a protected Li-ion battery. Don't be led astray by overstated mAh ratings by dubious battery manufacturers hoping to sway unsuspecting customers away from higher quality batteries.

Best advice: Stick with your AW IMR.

Yeah, I was thinking that, but it looked like such a good deal I figured I would ask here.
