I imported product from my supplier in China, and paid a order fulfillment company to shipping my goods. But my order is still awaiting fulfillment here. From the phone number on the web site it looks like a local company.. Have you ordered from them and how long did it take you to finish your order?

No idea. But I just last week (finally) got in an order from Turkey I had placed before Christmas. You don't say where you are, but if it comes by sea, 3-4 months is not impossible.
