Has anyone ordered from Ms. T's in the last month? I order 3 15ml bottles on Aug. 21 and they have still not even been shipped. I have contacted her twice now and she told me she was out of town and that she would be cranking the orders out. That was last week and the order has still not been fulfilled.

This is completely unacceptable. She had no problem taking my money a day after my order, and now here I am 24 days later with no product.

Yeah, that sounds about normal for Mrs. T's. Her website does say it takes a long time for an order to be fulfilled. Sadly, she won't take on extra help and that costs her business to suffer. so many, myself included, moved on. Plenty of other vendors out there.

She should take a lesson from AiV and just open once a week, take as many orders as she thinks she can get mixed and shipped for the week, then close again. While I wish AiV was open 24/7 I'd rather that than have to wait a month.

Sometimes it pays to know your limitations.

UPDATE: my order status has now been changed to "awaiting shipment" and has been that way for a week. Over a month has passed since I placed my order. Honestly it's a joke.

If it's any consolation, I'm in the same boat.

Ordered on Aug. 24, still says "awaiting fulfillment"... I've ordered from her in the past, but as others have said, PLENTY of great juice companies out there. No reason for me or you to have to wait a month.

I recently ordered a 30ml bottle of 9 o'clock mint on August 18 and it shipped September 7th and that's not the first order I got from them. With them I have learned that they take time I think it's a small operation with a ton of orders so they take time.... A long time but they have good liquids so if you find something you like then plan ahead and order before you run out:)

I agree with you Shel, if they aren't going to make your order for a month, they need to make that be known. Her website says 4-8 days, not 30+ days. A little communication goes a long way. My order has a tracking number and everything but it seems as though she hasn't even taken it to the post office for a week. I just don't get it. If you are that busy and can't fulfill what you promise then you need to close shop for a week or two and catch up.

I don't mind waiting for a good product, but damn.

Yea I always expect at least a 2 week wait for juice to come in from there and at least a week for the juice to steep (seemed to always be required for the juice to taste alright from there). So now you're looking at almost a month to vape. Their "no cancelation" policy is strict and written on the website. (but very good customer service there if they mess up your order I must say). That's their way of doing business. You can't fault them because it's written on the website and well known that that's how it operates so you can't complain. It's just whenever she feels like doin' it, and that's her choice.

I quickly moved on to other vendors because I wasn't "wow"d by their juice that much anyway, really no point.

Her website most certainly does not say "whenever she feels like it". It says 4-8 business days, and I am completely fine with waiting that amount of time. I've waited 31 days and that is completely unacceptable. Trust me, I have learned my lesson...there is no way that the juice is that good to put up with that.

Direct from the shipping/payment page of her site:

"There is typically a 4 to 6 day period between the date most orders are placed, and the day they ship. THIS TIME MAY INCREASE depending on current total amount of orders, availability of items within your order, or other factors"

:)

and it later goes on to explain about refunds...
"For these reasons, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN on e-juices. In very rare cases, we may accept a return and replace the quantity sent back to us, or credit the user's Ms T's account. "

So, yea, unfortunately it's all there in black and white. I never read that either when I ordered, so i can see how you missed it, but just lettin' ya know.

I recently ordered from Ms T`s for the first time, I haven't been too concerned with the wait, mostly because I'm stocked on juice. If i didn't have alot of juice already, I would be on edge. I mainly ordered to try something new. If the snickerdoodle is as good as I've heard, then I'll just prepare to order a large supply and order ahead of time. I hope your Vape mail makes it soon :)
