From what I've read, you're not the only one. Apparently he's lied about not getting his PIF's from people, too, and they've sent him more stuff. He's not a good person and I think he's been banned. It's best to just cut your losses from this dbag. If there's anything you're in need of, please PM me and I'll see what I have to send you. 
I did a trade with him and was told I would receive 2 attys and 10 cartos waiting since the 17th. I have not received my items either. I know someone else would have loved the liquids I sent to him I feel saddened but I guess it was bound to happen
I always send my PIF's with delivery confirmation. I know it is a little extra, but it eases my mind knowing the were delivered. I have had one package that didn't show up as delivered, but the recipient let me know in pm that it had been delivered.

I have his address. No need to cover though. I understand that it is all done in trust and unfortunately this one went bad for some reason. His transactions seemed fine before the 15th I have no idea why he all of a sudden decided to start screwing people over. I just dont get it. But for anyone else who does need covering let the group know I can pitch in also.

Guess that's why he's taken up scamming people on the internet, probably figures they won't be able to whoop up on him!
That is really concerning......perhaps the best action is to drop this issue and leave it alone.
