Anyone that even suspects something like this is going on should immediately PM one of us so that it can be looked into. I have been informed by one of the higher ups that we can perma ban someone for abusing the PIF group and I won't hesitate to do it.
I do believe in giving a second chance though. So the person that is involved in this is still welcome here as long as they follow the rules.

I agree with you 100%, Neph. PM Jules the offenders SN and proof and she'll deal with it. We are an honest group and keep it preety real and open. So we don't need nor want to have people like that in here.

Yes I have heard from them As of right now it has been handled to a degree. It is now at a wait and see point.
I've been afraid of this happening. To be honest, the thought crossed my mind when I sold some juice last week. It was juice that I had purchased myself. I thought of PIFing it, but I don't have enough bottles! lol
That said, I do have a lot of juice right now, more than I can use, but nothing on PIF has caught my eye. Briefly, and I mean very briefly, the thought of selling it occurred to me, but I immediately thought of how wrong that would be. I joined PIF because it's a nice group, not to take advantage of people. Selling things you get for free on here is taking advantage, IMO. The only exception I could see is asking someone if they minded first, but even that is wrong to me. If you don't need or like something you got from PIF, PIF it! That's what I've done with a few things!

That is exactly how it should be. And you shouldn't feel guilty about selling things that you bought. That belongs to you and you should feel guilt free in doing what you want with it. I know once you accept an offer it is technically yours but it is just not right to try and profit off PIF except in helping to better your situation and supplies.
I agree and especially when it comes to hardware. There are many in need and it's just getting worse with unemployment running out for a lot of people.
One problem has been rectified for sure and I'm hoping the other one is as well. Only time will tell.
There will always be people who take advantage, but it shoudn't stop good people from helping out.
BTW Jules, you have Bear Juice on the way, If you don't dig it, I'm sure it won't end up being sold. Sorry I took so long, I just have not been getting into town much anymore. Living out in the boonies has it's downside.

Brad, you will find that I am one of the most patient people on here about shipping things. Having to depend on someone to do mine for me makes me much more understanding.
If this guy was lying about receiving things, then getting sent more free stuff, only to turn around and sell it in the classifieds, he doesn't deserve a second chance in my opinion. You're such a wonderful person, Jules, as most of us are in this subforum. It saddens me when people take advantage of nice people.
