Sooo I started with the analogs again after about a week of using the e-cigs soo very much! I was doing really well! But then my two brand new atomizers started acting funny!! 1 has a reallllllllllly bad burning taste! the other had a weird texture for smoke... It tasted as if I was inhaling soap on my penstyle! Yuck!! Soo i got frustrated, and moved into my 901, with my brand new atomizer.... and it tasted just as soapy!! So I yelled 'WTF!' Whats going on?!! In my frustration I started on the analogs again! Ugh! I dont get whats going on. So tonight I soaked 1 atomizer for 30 mins in soapy warm water, rinsed it out for another several mins, blew it dry and am letting it sit till morning. I hope this will help so I can start vaping tomorrow once again! Please work! atleast till I get my other 4 penstyle atomizers which I just ordered tonight! ugh! has anyone else had this problem? Soapy tasting smoke is not very fun! Do you think the soaking process will help at all? if so I will start cleaning them that way regularly.. I just want them to work.

I'm sorry to sound rude, but...

Did you ever consider that it's probably a crazy idea to put your atomizers in warm, soapy water to get rid of a soapy taste?

You need to just boil them. No soap.

hehe yea I was thinking about boiling it instead.. but after searching here for it, it seems like 50% of people say that boiling will fry it and others swear by it. So another suggestion was warm soapy water. It doesn't taste soapy because of actual soap. all 3 atomizers are brand new, about a week old. Another person said to boil as a last resort, so i thought the soapy water was worth a shot and if not.. boiling will be next... I guess i will just have to wait till the morning and see if it makes it any better..

if they're new atomizers, the soapy taste is from the factory primer. Blow them out, drip in sime liquid, let it soak in, and you should be good to go. It might take a bit of vaping to get it all out, but this should get the worst of it.

Great ill_dawg! Thanks! the soaking in water did help a bit as well. Also put the other in alcohol for 30 mins, rinsed it in warm water at then used the computer fan at the top of my tower to dry it off with cool air and it is working better than ever!! even better than the one with the water and soap!! Haha i think I found my cleaning method! Only thing is I cant taste any flavors!! But I think it is because i am sick. They all taste the same now, Cash's True menthol and Cash Green Apple taste exactly the same and it sucks because I really wanted to taste the Green Apple! haha guess im going to have to wait. But this 24mg liquid that I just got is helping a ton too! Not smoking it exclusively dont want to up the tolerance but enough to lay off the analogs! Since I listed this thread, I havent even felt the need for an analog! Woohoo! Things are looking good. Ill keep this up! Thanks!
