I ordered a DSE084 from e-cigarette-usa.com as it was one of the only results on the first page of google that actually sold them. It turns out, however, that this store doesn't stock it and refunded my order. When I asked why, I was told it didn't sell enough.
This forum claims in a post from '09 that the manufacturer is Saliebao (Revolver Electronic Cigarettes - Custom Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits) but the website redirects to Revolver Electronic Cigarettes - Custom Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits which doesn't list any DSE's.
Ownta carries it but is foreign and doesn't sell the PCC which I now deem mandatory after my experience with the Walgreens Finiti. I am now warry of placing orders since my first order claimed it was in stock when it wasn't. They were very nice about it and refunded me right away, but I don't want to have to do that with a foreigner.
Lallaboutique carries it but is foreign and doesn't sell the PCC.

Is there any other ultra mini e-cigarettes that I should look into? I have $70 worth of juice comming in and should aquire an e-cig quickly for it. The Finiti doesn't allow you to fill your own juice.
