Hello. Im new here as well as new to e cigs. Right now I am looking to get myself a starter kit and I have a couple of questions in my mind.

1. What is cartomizer and cartridge? Let say I buy this kit (Revolver Electronic Cigarettes - Ion Sampler Kit - Kits - Ion Line - Models), what do I need to buy then when I run out, cartridges or cartomizer?

2. Which of the following kits would you recommend me? (I havent tried any of those yet), please let me know if any of them doesnt ship to EU:

CHASE cigs
intellicig-usa
epuffer.com
vaporultra
revolvercig

cartridges and cartomizers are effectively the same thing but cartridges are usually regarded as disposable and you toss em after you've finished. with that particular set up you would need to purchase pre filled cartridges that they also sell at that website. i would however also like to direct you to a starter kit like this one from discount vapers it is an ego kit that has everything you need to get started aside from juice and the quality is much better. i tried the cigarette look alikes for a while before i got my ego and that is what actually got me to quit.

Ok, thanks for explaining. Also I am really not looking for those ego e cigs, I am more looking for one that looks like real. I like those I listed in first post because if friendly price of cartridges and cartomizers.

And I would like to hear some opinions on those I listed.

What about the e-roll by Joyetech? Looks like a cigarette but functions like an ego. Not sure if the rules allow me to link to it but you can google to see it. I really love mine, although I only use it when I am away from home.

I had it narrowed down to the E-roll, Smoov, Halo G6, and volt but I have not used anything other than the E-roll so I cannot advise on the others and their functionality. I mostly watched a bunch of reviews on youtube and also read tons of reviews here when making my decision.

I have to agree that an eGo kit would be the better place to start -- more versatile and cheaper in the long run. The cig look-a-likes are usually less $ going in, but the cost to maintain (pre-loaded cartidges) will hit you in the pocketbook soon. And, also, the battery life before you have to recharge is a lot shorter than with an eGo set. But, if you really want to start with a look-a-like I'd suggest this starter kit from Apollo Electronic cigarette starter kit

The revolver kit you linked uses cartomizers not cartridges. A cartomizer has a heating coil built into it and polyfill that holds your liquid thus feeding it to your heating coil. A cartridge does not have a heating source built in and must be plugged into an atomizer. You could probably refill the cartomizers with that kit instead of having to purchase prefilled.

But remember the golden rule....You get what you pay for.
