....but I don't know how to get the bottle cap out of the Reo. I'm going to try the bigger bottles so I need to get that cap out. Is the O-ring keeping me from pulling it down the tube? I don't want to ruin anything so i thought I'd ask the more experience Reo owners.

It just slides off. Hold the tube above the cap and pull.....maybe a slight twisting motion will help

I hold the top of the tube with a pair of needle nose pliers, not too hard so as to break the pin or pierce the tube, and gently pull the cap down the tube. It's a tight fit but it will slide off.

Thanks so much you guys! I got brave after reading your tips and put a hemostat above the cap not 'clamped' on the tube but holding it tight and then the cap came right off. Now for the hole in the cap, this should be fun....
