Have 15 posts but still can't add a signature

I have 15 posts and should see an option in settings to be able to add a signature but I don't see it yet. Does it take a day for that to happen?

The forum resets at 25 after the hour, every hour. Your account should update any minute now, and you should see the option to edit your signature on your Settings page at that time.
