I have found that the mouth draw gives me this 'swallowing air' burp stuff.
Lung draw doesn't generate it as much.
But I seem to get a bit of it no matter what and I find drinking water helps.

me too wow
i been doing more mouth draws recently and water does help a little...
maybe thats why im swallowing air, i hold in vapor for a little bit in my mouth and sucking in air? i think thats whats happening

I personally think that what is happening is that the sensitivity of your soft tissues is returning. Smoking cause your body to constantly protect itself in an excessive layer of mucous (not to mention the chronic inflammation and desensitized nerve endings from the toxins you have been exposing it to.) As your body and nerves heals from less exposure to the toxins of smoking analogs, you begin to "feel" what has been happening the whole time. I think thats why people are noticing "acid reflux" more...they have always had it (or had it for quite a while, usually due to a hiatal hernia that they weren't aware they had: hiatal hernias are fairly common btw) Remember that you have been poisoning yourself constantly for a long time, your body is going to go through some adjustments while it heals.
