SO glad i found this place! I'm new to all of this and was just wondering if you have to stick with the same brand/website for all of the parts or can i interchange with different brands?

I mean REALLY new, What is a 510? I ordered an Inferno from Volcano. I have only been doing this for about 2 weeks.
A 510 is a style/size of both female and male connector. There are many different ones.
If you see a type of cartomizer or atomizer for sale and it says 510, it means that it is threaded for a 510 connector.

Do some research..there are lots of ecigs on the market. You chose volcano to buy from, but check out altsmoke.com and empire mods and many others, also read the forum threads, they will answer most of your questions without having to post questions that have lots of answers there already.

looks like a good start! I dont see on the website either what connection the inferno has. Maybe somebody else knows or you could contact them from the website and ask them. The problem that I see is that Volcano has a warranty that basically says, I believe, that there is a 1 year warranty on the battery but you have to use their atomizers, cartomizers, etc. See here: Volcano Fine Electronic Cigarette 1 Year Limited Warranty

yeah, i am sure that it has a 510 connection. easy way to test it. buy a 510 carto (there are like 2 bucks) and see if it fits. it is doesn't then you are just out a few bucks.
with how cheap batteries have become, i consider them disposable any way. i am good as long as i get 5-6 months use out of a standard 510 ecig.

Your PV is def a 510. It's basically just an eGo with a volcano label slapped on it. Try some Boge cartomizers. They work great on an eGo. Most prefer the 2.0ohm LR boges. Many vendors sell them. You'll know what works for you, what doesnt work, what things are gimmicks, etc etc.
I been in about a month now, have cheated a couple times, but never say die and keep at it.
Vaping is the best thing I have found to stay away from analogs and it works.
I have smoked twice in a month and totally free from them for two weeks.
I wouldn't even want one now since they taste so bad.
Vaping rocks!

the family on ECF is always here to help and answer questions, it might seem overwhelming at first but once your past the basics it is smooth sailing from there. staying away from cigs is a hard venture at first, but once you have made that personal choice, it can be really easy.
