Other than not using ego threaded heads, any ideas? If the pic is too small, there is a gap of, about, 3/16" between the top of the Provari and the bottom of the tank. The adaptor shows. Looking for something to "make nice".

Thanks! :vapor:

At some point someone who knows will answer you. I just hate to have a post that hundreds of people look at and nobody acknowledges which is why I erased mine. Anyhow AFAIK gaps are just there. If you put a topper flat down on the top of a PV there will not be any or at least no adequate air flow. That is my experience. Personally, I don't mind the gaps but I'm sure that you must want to do away with the gap you are seeing. I still use the Kanger AFC which allows for user regulated airflow and fits pretty close to the top.

This is a ghetto approach, but have you considered using SS washers?

Oh, the Aspire's have a tight hit in general but there are two small air holes drilled in the bottom. If you tighten it flush it will still hit. For a more lung hit just loosen your grip with your lips to a more open grip and you will get a better lung hit. I've thought of trying to drill out the holes just a tad. Anybody tried this ? There are all kinds of rings now for air flow control, I do not have any. Don't know how they fit the Provari, etc. My MVP came with a beauty ring that has air holes in it also works real well with the larger Davide that uses Aspire coils.

How do the Aspire Clearomizers work on the Provari ? I have a bunch of Aspire clearo's and currently using a MVP. Thought about the Provari but wondered if it was worth it since I use such cheap Clearo's.

My MVP is now my backup. With the ego/510 adaptor from ProVape, they work great. I just don't like the gap.

I was thinking about splurging myself. Maybe there is another adaptor that will not leave a gap ? There's got to be .... I would think. I would like to know :) Maybe the "bling" post person will share more details !

When ProVape returned my home pass-thru to me they gifted me a new version Aspire BDC Mini w/box of spare heads among other things. I've tried it on one of my Provari's, and it works just fine for lung draws screwed all the way down tight on a ProVari. I was actually surprised how well it works for a cheap clearo with clearos being something I don't normally buy or use. So well in fact that I now have 3 of them and about 25 spare heads. But I use them on The Donkey or The Don (MicroStick and Megalodon) as an easy carry option to have extra liquids along to back up their regular toppers.

one last thing, have you seen/tried the new Aspire Nautilus ? It has air flow control, large tank, large atomizer. I have one. I still like the smaller ones better. I think the taste is better.

Have seen but have not tried. I did get a Protank II with the starter kit. If you do get the starter kit your self, invest in a Kanger AFC valve (thanks, lulu). Kanger Airflow Control Valve That's my next purchase. If the PT II isn't tightened just right onto the Provari, either you don't make contact or you don't have air flow. When it is correct, it seems awfully loose. Just my :2c:

No, sorry. But I'll bet you could make one with about a $0.25 investment in materials!
:D

Not sure if I'm just lucky, but my ProTanks thread down just fine! Solid, and no gap.
ONE of them got no airflow, so I bought an Aerotank base for it - and that too threads down tight, and makes contact, and now gets adjustable air...

Know of anyplace closer than England to get this wonderful idea?

Ordered 2 this evening when I got home. That's my 1st Birthday present. The 2nd will be when IBTanked gets the black anodized caps in. :D
