I just looked and it appears smokestik is way more expensive then Bloog...19.95 for a 5 pack of cartos? and no flavors at all just nic levels and menthol..
I wish someone would do a comparison of the MaxxFusion with SmokeStik. I have the Bloog and would like to try a SmokeStik, but I got out of buying new hype a long time ago, especially when it is as expensive as these two models. I've heard great things about SmokeStik, but I want to know how it stacks up against the Bloog.
don't have time for a full comparison, but i can comment... got the smokestik hendu a while back and it is a very solid ecig. the flavors are typical meh and they have hard caps so not as easy to pop off, but you can always condom fill. they are more expensive, the cartos price is ridiculous, but they are very consistent, dont seem to burn and the batt lasts for quite a while. however, good performance requires a primer puff, and a long slow hit, and vapor production is nothing to write home about.
so i gave it to my roommate and he uses the thing every day. it was my recommendation for a while when smokers would ask me what to get. i would recommend the smokestik if they had the money because they DO work as advertised, charge, screw on new carto and no fuss. that is what 90% of smokers need to get started. solid starter ecig rather than almost all other kits on the market.
however, i would now recommend the bloog. people say its expensive, but not compared to other "charge and screw" cig size batteries that the average user needs. in fact they are on the low end of the spectrum for a quality product that is not in the mod category or just buying some 510 or ego batts. the smokestik kit is $100 and doesnt have a PCC (only includes two batts, 3 cartos, a charger, and a standard crappy case... wtf?) the bloog has more/better vapor, a very good batt, and either PCC works just fine, something missing from the smokestik line up. another reason is if people get used to using it, they can order a bottle of juice, pop the very soft cap off and see the dripping to fill method. just from experience, this is very easy for these type of users to do and not too much to ask.
so.... bloog
btw, the mini pcc is awesome and since the battery in it is standard and replaceable, i picked up a bunch for about $5 a piece. so the pcc, two batts, a handful of charged pcc batteries and a bottle of juice and im good to go for a long time. only annoying thing is that it doesn't carry extra cartos, but thats the price to pay for such a slim/small form factor. its a tiny bit smaller than my HD2.
Oh... also forgot to ask... Is there any noticeable difference in battery life? and has your opinion changed at all after a few weeks?
