Have Made 6 Posts But Still Cannot Post Outside New Members Forum

So, like my title says, I've made 6 posts in the New Members section, but I'm still restricted from posting elsewhere. And no, none of those posts were spam, and they have not been deleted.

Hello and yes it takes a least an hour. Usually updates around X:25 every hr.
