Have not received my order #11669

On the 15th I placed order #11669 and as stated on the tracking number I received it was shipped on the 17th it is now the 26th and I have not received this order yet as you can see I copy pasted the result of looking up the tracking number there has been no updates to it since the 18th I would like to know what to do because my next step is to call the credit card company and dispute the charge for non receipt of goods and not pay the charge but before I do that I am willing to wait for your response . I am covered by my credit card and it is only a $22.00 order not the end of the world but at almost 10 days that's long enough to wait . So let me know what I should do next do next .

like what your tracking says, it has been received by the Post Office and out of Bruce's hands, the first thing you should do is contact the Post Office and check with them, then maybe Bruce can assist you with it.

This is obviously a Post Office problem,NOT a COV problem. It clearly shows that COV has shipped your goods... Why would you cancel payment ????
