Also check the tracking info ... once it is in USPS's hands, there is not a lot that GV can do to hurry them up.

that is your shipping info, it was shipped on time and left to your country on time, we have no control on what happens after that point, hopefully it will show up eventually, usps can be a pain

just so you know, i has a few packages to europe last month, one took 29 days, one took 7, one took 14 the other 31, all sent out on the same day, all similar in size and weight, i wish i knew what happens to them, i really do. i hope to comes soon, you would know if it didnt come to you as you might be contacted by customs, also login to gotvapes and double check your address, im sure you entered it correct, but it never hurts to double check, never know if 1 letter is off etc...

Customs can be a pain sometimes, it will get to you, it's a hard wait, I feel your pain.

Use the tracking number to see when it left the USA... as the previous post shows, it was processed through the Chicago post office which I believe is the last place it goes to before going international but tracking it would verify it... I suspect the problem now is with your country's customs and postal service
