this is my have you ever, but PLEASE post any surreal experiences you have had

i was out on my balcony vaping with a smoker who will be a vaper before long, and i kept flicking my ego to ash.
its not a cig-a-like and i have no idea why, but every few seconds i would hold it out over the edge and flick it!
its the darnedest thing and i really hope i don't keep doing it(as there is two stories below us)

but im wondering if there is any other weirdness others have had

When I was still using the eRoll (cigalike), once when I got into the truck, which was always a smoking zone, complete with red lighter in the dash cubby, I started to light the end of my eRoll -- really glad I stopped before I actually flicked the bic!

That was one of the factors that influenced me into getting an iTaste vv3, it's so UN-cigalike. I haven't felt the need to try and light it. :D

And although as a smoker, I was always yelled at in the truck to "roll down the damn window!", now my husband yells at me "roll it back up, that's not smoke, you idiot!" Old habits do indeed die hard. :D

And of course, very early in my quit-smoking time, I used to LEAP! up from the desk the way I always used to, when I felt the need for a smoke. I'd get to my feet and take a step or two, and then wonder, where exactly am I going? I'd sit back down and puff on the e-cig. :D

its great to know im not alone, i still roll down my windows!
also funny enough, the gate guard ALWAYS ask what flavor im vaping today(and some try it), some are my personal converts and quit analogs before i did!

I will however do this I think its habit and I don't want to fog myself out of my car...I have a few personal converts from cigs to e cigs..but the ones that I give an old battery, tank full of flavor they choose (I have 38 flavors), and a charger to and they still continue to smoke I wonder why did I bother and not keep that e cig for myself I had two die on me today so my collection is dying down I can't wait for my fasttech order to get here because it has 20 new batteries included in the order like I need that many right?!? But I had to have them and they are ones unlike any I can get here at my local B&M and way way way way way cheaper I bought 7 of one 1300mAh VV/VW battery because the price was too cheap to pass up and now I will have more backups for my backups backups backups backups! With their return policy its worth it too! Sorry I got :offtopic: LOL

That is funny. I only did this with the cigalike I started with for the first week or so. That is about how long it took me to get a ego style kit ordered and quickly moved on. But I do remember how funny it was. But it is a habit (just like smoking) that had to be broken. Thank goodness for old habits that are long gone. Good luck to you and your friend. I have gotten several to start vaping and it is quite rewarding. I enjoy people asking me about vaping so I can "spread the word". :)

When I first started vaping I found myself flicking my ecig too...especially while I was driving. It was the middle of winter & I was still driving with the window cracked blowing my vapor out. Hehehe! It took about a week but eventually I managed to stop. Guess we pick up all kind of habits as smokers that are tough to break once we switch:laugh:

when i first started i thought i'd vape like i smoked, which basically would've amounted to vaping for 5 minutes about every 5-6 hours.

um, that didn't really work out... :vapor:

I started that way. With 36mg nic and only vaping when I used to smoke. Now I've dropped mostly to 18mg and vape like a fiend when not at work. Since I can only vape on breaks and lunch at work, there is always higher nic nearby...I find myself getting angry easily on days where all I have with me is 18mg.
