When you smoke cigarettes, youre placing more toxins in your body than it can handle at any one time. Often times, the body will simply store those toxins to deal with later. It encloses them in fat. When we start vaping the body now has time to deal with the toxins and starts to break down some fat to get to them.

A friend told me that about six months into vaping he felt good enough again to start working out. As he worked out some of the fat he had aquired he went through the detox of cigarettes all over again as his body was assaulted by all the cigarette toxins it has stored up.

I had a similar experience. So, I'm guessing this is true. I started working out two months ago so that I could be ready for my upcoming surgery, and I started to go through withdrawals again. It was nothing the PV couldn't handle, but still, it was not the best cup of tea. I just make sure to carry the stronger juice with me when I go to the gym now!

I have gained. But...disclaimer....I started vaping a few weeks before Halloween so I've had Halloween candy in my face thanks to my kiddos and then came Thanksgiving. I love love love turkey and dressing and sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie and mashed taters and gravy. Thanksgiving food is my weakness. I have a feeling my weight gain has nothing to do with my vaping.

Hmmm I swear Im the only person who has gained weight since I started Vaping. Im about 6'1 185 now but I was about 175 before I started vaping. However, I live in minnesota so its started to get really cold and I think the human body naturals stores more fat the colder the weather.

I'm with you! I'm 5' 110lbs. I don't know how much I gained but it takes some work to put my jeans on. I hope it's because of the weather and i'll drop some lbs in spring.:(

I'm sunk now, thought I could blame my weight gain on stopping analogs.
Put on about 10 lbs so far and can only blame it on my taste, once I regained it
I am eating more. Everything tastes so much better, and I like good food,
gormet at times, I'm always looking for that second helping.

Only thing I can think of to help my situation would be exercise, I can breathe better,
don't wheeze all the time, but there has to be a better way.

oh dang....my new treadmill was just delivered and looked promising. Do you realize how much juice I could have bought for that price?? Oh man...good thing I'm frugal...I'll run until I think I've got my money's worth...which could be a while. LOL
