tobacco alkaloids) or NETs (naturally extracted tobacco) juices. Changing habits, replacing rituals works for many. Keep researching & trying different things until you find your sweet spot. Smoke analogs during your journey, if that's what you need to do in order to function. The true miracle of
vaping, IMHO, is that when you DO find what works, it does work. I wasn't one of those who "picked up an ecig & never looked back". Those are the extremely lucky ones. However, when it did finally click for me (well over 3 months in), I know what they mean. I'm glad I stuck with it & didn't give up hope. I tried all of the above, but for me, oddly enough, it was "prettying up" my gear that worked (well, along with the Celexa, lol). How weird is that?
