So I was a smoker, then I became a social smoker to turn around and go back to smoking. I found out about vaping, so picked it up. It was a hit or miss to me. Especially as my taste buds changed. Liquids became very hard to find that I liked. After a lot of money and a lot of juices I was finally happy. Finally decided to quit vaping. To trun around and use snuss pouch when I had a few beers. Went from that to smoking again! Yuck. I need to get a new PV and all now. Can't wait! I sure do miss my choco mint!

WELCOME TO THE ECF

Glad you decided to vape again. There are a lot of e-cigs and mods out there for you to choose from. It's best to just take a look around and see what you like best. Here's a good place to do some research:

You if you know what you want then you can just list them and people will be happy to give you some suggestions.

When I first started I wasn't trying to quit analogs, I just wanted to augment how much I smoked, especially at home with my new daughter. After a few days I found myself not wanting to smoke any more, but I forced myself for the next week to smoke one analog in the morning when I got to work to keep me concious of the difference between smoking in vaping. As the week went on that morning analog got worse and worse. By the end of it I was glad to be done and I will never go back. That was just the method that worked for me.

Underguesstimated my nic requirements and ordered a whole load of 12ml juices.

Sufficient to let me go from 20+ to 1 a day but just not enough to help me over the hurdle.

Yesterday received a bunch of 18mg and a couple of 20mg testers and that need has gone. Sitting here trying to decide if I have a real preference between Boba's Bounty, Bounty Hunter, a few Vermillion River juices and a lovely double flavoured Mango from ECBlenders.

Think I may take the day off work to muse and vape to make such heady decisions lol

I've been vaping for about 1&1/2 years now and have gone from having 10-15 cigs a day to 4-5 a day to 1-2 a day, with completely quitting for (2) 1 week periods and I'm now on day 2 of trying to completely quit again. So, yeah, I've relapsed a few times, but I've also come a long way from where I've been.

No relapse for me and I can't imagine I ever will. I had been preparing to quit for quite some time so mentally I was in the right spot. After 25 years of smoking (man, I don't feel old enough for that to be accurate!!) and a few failed attempts at quitting, I was blown away with how easy it was to quit using an e-cig. I get all the best parts of smoking and none of the bad sides of it. Definitely recommend getting a high nic level juice to start. I've dropped mine to a lower level now and will likely lower it again in time. But getting enough of a nic hit when you first start out, is essential, I think. 2 months and 5 days for me, analog free!!!

Don't worry about it, you saw how easy it was to not smoke when you were vaping. After I had vaped around 3 weeks, all the juices tasted terrible to me. The only one I could taste was menthol. It lasted a couple of weeks. Then finally I started finding juices I liked. But it took awhile!

My suggestion to you is to get juices in 18 and 24 mg, and have at least 6 flavors around that you can alternate. I've been vaping since November, and I have gotten down to 6 mg, sometimes 12 mg. Just think of that, if you can get down to really low nicotine after a couple of months, then it's oh so much better than smoking!

Good luck.
