I found a link for this device while perusing through my manu Youtube subscriptions for e-cig reviews. I am definitely getting one of these as soon as I can. It is a monstrous battery pack sporting well over 5000 mAh, I think it is 5200 actually. That is a very long e-cig life, even if you were an HV vaper.

This struck me mostly because I have some parts on order right now and am building myself a tiny usb e-cig. It will be a non-powered device when complete, and it will be used by plugging it into whatever power source you want to use at the moment. Basically it will be a 510 connector, attached to a very small usb female port and the smallest switch I can fit that will not be a complete lightweight. I know I will have to have an under-rated switch to hit the overall size goal I want, but I am not planning on selling it so I don't care.

I will be posting the design for this at some point, but for that I will make a larger version that will include a properly rated switch or maybe a mosfet to allow for any switch, or maybe even some sort of a mechanical setup instead of a standard swtich. ANYWAYS, I am way off track now.

The Satech iCell pumpd out 2 amps, so it can be used as a portable pass-thru power source, a recharging power source, or in the case of my Mini-USB E-cig a straight battery power source for vaping. I will have a cable to connect my mini to the iCell in a pocket or something and a little clip to hook the mini to my collar or pocket or whatever when not in use.

Also thinking about what sort of modding could be done directly to/with the iCell as well. They are not cheap though. Check them out if you have not already, and let me know what you think.

Satechi iCel 5200 mAh (2 amp) Battery Extender Pack and Charger for iPhone 4, 3G & 3Gs, iPod, Flip & Vado HD Camcorders

If you have used these for something, especially, but not only e-cigarettes, give me/us a review or show us your e-cig use of this.

Even better, if you know of a better battery pack than this let me know. I know the tek is out there, but I think this one is a step up in the power department (as well as the size) or am I remembering the specs of the tek wrong??
