Ok if you take one of these:

and add one of these:
DealExtreme: $4.75 TrustFire Protected 14500 3.7V 900mAh Lithium Batteries (2-Pack Blue)
and throw it all into a small project box then add your favorite battery to atomizer connector, a tactile switch and a mini usb board mount port then you would have a 900mah ecig with a built in usb passthrough that charges and powers the ecig at the same time. Any case ideas out there? I think I want to tackle this project this weekend...
