using the radioshack cell phone thing i learned (over time) that the circuit will constantly push 5v out even when the battery is at .4v... and run a atty or a carto.

probably not good for the batteries being used (but would explain why my lipo swelled up). so i am gonna gut that circuit and use it for another non e-cig project
(maybe try a solar power e-cig, lol)
