Extra sigs never hurt. There's no way of knowing if there are any that are invalid for whatever reason, so a buffer is good ;-)
Is the page in the center suppose to be bringing something up? I just have a big white blank area above the presidential seal. I am curious if there is something there that I have put into my hosts file to block out.
Skyway, I had that problem, too. In my case it was NoScript that was blocking it, allowing "all this page" was the only fix for me

The 27th was the deadline for reaching the required 5000 signatures, and there were over 5000 signatures at that time! But it's still open for more signatures, and the more the better.
