hi yellow! please don't take this the wrong way....we've all been there.
its time to clean and *maintain* your batteries.

try this: take a safety pin and poke the pin through the holes on the threaded part of the battery. then take the pin and press it into the top of the battery connecter around the rim and around the top of the POST. you will see som BLACK gunk come out on the sharp part of the pin. repeat this a couple times for each battery, then get some 99% alcohol and wet down a firm paper wipe. wipe down the threads very good until they are CLEAN. wait for them to dry and you've got new batteries ; )

There are many variables here. How many batteries are you rotating? Are they manuals? Shorty, Regular, or XL? Recharging issues with PCC, AC, or USB charger? CS told me 3 hours is the time need to fully charge a battery with the AC charger. IME the PCC takes about 3-4 hours to charge a battery, and all I use are regular manuals.

Have you tried to raise the post on the battery or carto? Are you vaping pre-filled or re-filled? Sorry, so many questions!

ok definitely black gunk came out. first ipressed through the threads in towardds the post. then went around the post circumference to collect the black gunk. then i put the pin into the battery hole/connector and nothing came out from thre. then i went around the rim of the connector post on the top and got a lil more black gunk. then i wiped the inside of the rim with alcohol (i didnt put alcohol inside the battery connector hole/inside the post)....did i get it right?

Recharging issues with PCC, AC, or USB charger? i recharge at least 3 hours with the wall charger

Have you tried to raise the post on the battery or carto? i dont know how to rase the post on the battery only on the carto, which has worked for non working carts. how do you do the battery post lift?

Are you vaping pre-filled or re-filled? im vaping both!

anything else i could help answering?

oh with the battery post lift fix, can you raise them too high to the point of pullin them outta the battery? cuz that happens with cartos, dont wanna break a battery like that, then its my fault for tryin to fix it

I don't know, but it could be a possibility....however, if you just GENTLY pry, you should not have an issue....you do not need much pressure to raise them just a little....I'd wait as I said and see if the other stuff fixes the problem and then contact CS before messing with prying the batts...especially if you are still in the warranty time...then if CS tells you to pry them up and they do break, you can still get them replaced.....just sayin....if you went to hard on the carto to pull the pin, chances are you will end up doing it too hard on the batt too...

also when lifting the post on cartos, you can over lift and pull them out ive found, does that also happen with the battery? can you over lift and break the battery/remove the post that way?

I know that overlifting is possible from personal experience. I should have stopped at ONE hair but I kept going. I have done it correctly on two others and it's a teeny tiny lift. You're on the right track - you found some gunk! But are we talking manual or auto?

Rotating two shorties for six weeks means each one has been through what...40 or 80 or more charge cycles? (Guessing here.) I think they are supposed to last 200 cycles, but not positive about it.
Your kit is still new and if it was me, I'd definitely open a CS ticket.

sounds like you got it! if you see some black soot looking stuff, its the same stuff i clean out. when i asked you to WIPE them, you have to put the alcohol soaked end on the battery top near the threads and then TWIST it holding tightly. let them dry and then re-charge them.

they will work like NEW.
