Having difficulties finding juice 100% PG...

Johnson's Creek doesn't but Copper Creek and Vermillion River do. The Copper Creek has a great House blend but its very thick, even for VG. I guess it depends what you are using it with. Both companies make good quality stuff.

I'm a total newb, but I mixed 7 drops of vanilla extract with 20 drops of VG, and made a nice juice. Perhaps you can do something similar with PG instead.
